Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to change or cancel an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Unfortunately if we are unable to rearrange appointments, cancellation fees may apply. Depending on the circumstances refunds are not always given and if adequate notice is not provided, full fees may still apply. We will always do our best to accommodate clients however, it may be necessary to request payment at the time of booking. Please speak with Jewels if you have any further queries.
